Let’s Talk.
I offer free 15 minute phone or video consultations so we can get to know each other a little and see if working together feels like a good fit.
We’ll talk about what’s bringing you to therapy, what you’re hoping to get out of it, and any questions you have about working with me. If it feels like a good match, we’ll talk through next steps.

Good Faith Estimate
You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much medical care will cost. Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.
Please note:
The provider may recommend additional items or services as part of the treatment that are not reflected in the estimate. These would need to be scheduled separately.
The information provided in the Good Faith Estimate is only an estimate, as actual items, services, or charges may differ.
The client has the right to engage in a dispute resolution process if the actual costs of services significantly exceed those listed in the Good Faith Estimate.
The Good Faith Estimate does not obligate or require the client to obtain any of the listed services from the provider.
Pursuing therapy is your choice, and determining the frequency of treatment is also your choice, although I may offer feedback about what I think would serve your goals. Frequency of treatment varies case by case. I will make recommendations about frequency of treatment based on presenting problems and goals, treatment models, and mental health concerns or needs. Many clients prefer to start treatment by meeting weekly, and moving to twice or once a month as treatment begins to have a positive impact. I prefer to have active, ongoing conversations with my clients about treatment cadence, to ensure that my work is addressing client goals and resources. Please never hesitate to communicate any concerns or thoughts you may have about how our work together is going.
